  • Should you discover any imperfections or damage upon receiving your item, kindly capture a "moment of truth" photo and reach out to us within 30 days. We'll be delighted to arrange a replacement, ensuring your happiness remains intact.
  • Please note that personalized items and exchanges due to change of heart or incorrect sizing are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. We strongly encourage you to carefully review our sizing guide before making your cherished selection to ensure the perfect fit.

Return Conditions:

  • Items should be sent back within 30 days of purchase and in their original, new condition.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be lovingly applied to each return.
  • Before returning an item, please notify us via email with your name, order number, and return details. We kindly ask you not to send items back without our approval.

The return shipping will be your responsibility. Rest assured, we will swiftly process your refund after deducting the restocking fee.

Order Cancellation

If life takes a turn and you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours to enjoy a worry-free cancellation. After this time, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to cover necessary bank charges.

Package Loss/Non-Receipt

If your package seems to have taken a detour, yet tracking shows it as delivered, please contact your local post office right away and let us know. We will provide you with the tracking number to assist in resolving the matter. Should the post office confirm a loss and furnish a receipt, we'll be more than happy to reship or refund your order.

Exchange Policy

Thinking of exchanging an item? Please get in touch with us beforehand for exchange approval. Once approved, include your email receipt and let us know which item you wish to exchange. We promise to handle your exchange lovingly within 48 hours after receiving the item.
